Industry leader Beasley & Henley Interior Design is proud to be working on Central Florida’s newest multi-family project, Hartle Groves. Set in the rolling hills of the beautiful Clermont area Hartle Groves is a luxury multifamily development that will feature upscale amenities including a vibrant clubhouse, resort style pool, large fitness center, Internet cafés and game pavilion.
The Beasley & Henley design team is tasked with creating the amenity space planning, interior detailing, material specifications, elevations, and coordination on all aspects of the interior and exterior amenity designs, from Concept through to Interior Design CD’s. The design team will then begin the FFE (furnishings) portion of this Class-A project.
Beasley & Henley plans to use the 9,200 square feet of amenity space to create a large interior clubhouse and expansive outdoor living area to distinguish this luxury development for its competition. The design style will be modern and relaxed, setting the tone for this chic community. Crisp colors, clean lines, comfortable furnishings, interesting artwork, creative textures, and enticing light fixtures will all go toward creating a modern, comfortable environment.
Located near the corner of S.R. 50 and Hartle Road, the project is expected to begin construction before the 2nd quarter of 2016. The architect for Hartle Groves is Fugleberg Koch Architects.
