Beasley & Henley Interior Design, is proud to have completed the Interior Detailing, Interior Architecture and Furnishings at The Alaira Apartments in Orlando, FL for national developers, Aventon Companies. The designers at Beasley & Henley created a striking interior design and furnishings package for this 8,550 sq ft. amenity space and exterior courtyard.
The Alaira is a blend of modern sophistication with a dash of youthful exuberance. In the Clubhouse, a backsplash made of large-format glass panels, backed with a chromed plated image, resembles book-matched stone. The walls are wood-look panels and the ceiling is stained white oak, tongue & groove. On the bar, the raised live-edge walnut wood slab and quartz waterfall countertop, create a stunning feature. In the Leasing Office, the walls and ceiling are overlaid with flex molding, inset mirrors and cove lighting. Finished with a blue beaded statement chandelier, this room is dramatic and memorable.
Throughout the spaces, the crisp white and cream neutral backdrops are accentuated by a variety of wood tones in furniture and cabinetry creating a multi-layered, sensory experience through the use of materials, colors, forms and contemporary finishes resulting in a memorable location and an unwavering commitment to style.
