Beasley & Henley Interior Design, is proud to have completed the interior design, detailing and furnishings for The Exchange by Richman Signature Properties in St. Petersburg, FL. Located in the area’s vibrant downtown ‘Edge’ district with its creative art scene and renowned beaches, this striking, contemporary design community, offers 132 modern luxury units and an array of popular community amenities.
The Beasley & Henley design team created a stylish yet edgy retreat with impactful details. High ceilings give the amenity spaces a sense of grandeur and the opportunity for interesting ceiling designs. The neutral vinyl oak plank flooring is complemented by shades of blue in the artwork, furnishings, and finishes. These fresh pops of color accentuate the neutral color palette and bring a sense of the ‘outdoors in’. Other details include circular cut-out wall details in the media and outdoor areas; custom steel shelving system; dramatic interlocking glass mosaic tile with a warm wood overlay in the coffee bar; a wood slated partition at the exterior seating area acting as a room divider. The furnishings feature a mix of beautiful wood tones and textures.
Throughout The Exchange, the Beasley & Henley design team kept the elements modern and warm, creating comfortable, livable spaces for clients and guests.
