The design for the Green at Lakewood Ranch was inspired by bringing the outdoors in with a fresh and modern approach. Our goal was to create a beautiful, yet soothing atmosphere that offsets the stress and hassle of the everyday routine – an oasis of sorts. To achieve this, the amenity space will feature soft earthy hues and clean lines, punctuated with eye catching pops of green and white. Natural elements such stone-look tile flooring, warm wood tones, beautiful granite countertops, and natural cork wallcovering all enhance the organic modern concept which drove the design. Mixed metals, funky lighting fixtures, and a few unexpected elements bring a bit of glamour to the space. The furnishings and drapery will give the project a unique personality while creating softness and a feeling of livability. The Green at Lakewood Ranch will pay homage to the beauty of nature, making the end result feel inviting, warm, and effortlessly sophisticated.
