The 23-story high-rise apartment community boasts the perfect downtown location offering convenient access to the Ballpark, trendy restaurants, Bayfront neighborhoods and entertainment.
The talented design team created a unique, and forward-thinking space in the 13,573 sq ft amenity space. Light hued flooring and rich toned furnishings keeps the amenity spaces interesting yet sophisticated. Sleek showpiece light fixtures compliment this modern oasis in the most unique way. BHID chose to use the building’s angular architecture as its inspiration pulling in modern furnishings that appeal to broad lifestyles. Inspired by the surrounding bay areas, sense of community and living well, the design team chose an energetic, yet warm palette of rich blues punctuated by vibrant sunny yellows. A feeling of optimism, joy and energy fills the spaces.
The luxurious two-story Sky Lounge is equipped with kitchen, billiards and entertainment areas.
