Beasley & Henley Interior Design, (www.BeasleyandHenley.com) is proud to have completed the interior design and detailing at ‘50 Paramount’, a new multi-family community for Beneficial Communities (www.Beneficialcom.com) in Sarasota, FL. This clubhouse features luxury amenities such as a two-story volume clubroom showcasing a see-through fireplace clad in an extraordinary fossil shell stone slab, adjacent to a bright Florida room. The amenities continue with two lounges, cyber cafe, game room, bar/café and poolside party room with roll-up door for enjoying the indoor-outdoor lifestyle!
The Beasley & Henley design team created the amenity space planning, interior detailing, material specifications, elevations, RCPs and coordination of all aspects of the interior and exterior amenity designs, from Concept through to Interior Design CD’s. Beasley & Henley incorporated fresh modern artwork including a hand painted mural, warm wood tones and pops of bright blues and greens to reflect the vibrant surrounding areas of beautiful Sarasota.
The 12x24 format porcelain tile flooring adds to the grandeur of the 19 foot ceilings in the clubroom, providing a modern foundation for casual living. Hovering above many of the spaces are whimsical light fixtures that compliment the rooms beautifully. Interlocking modular arts rock blocks, shiplap and watercolor wallpaper were installed to bring visual interest, character and graceful architecture.
