Industry leading design firm, Beasley & Henley Interior Design, (www.BeasleyandHenley.com) has created a showcase model for their long time client, Stock Development (www.Stockdevelopment.com).  The Casa Bordolino is a two story, 8,819 sqft, the 4 bedroom 6 bath home  located in the gorgeous Quail West community in Naples, FL .

The Casa Bordolino captures the sophisticated homeowner with a blend of California casual and European charm. The Beasley & Henley Interior Design team selected warm colors, predominately creams and tans throughout, keeping with the European charm. The main flooring is a neutral travertine laid in an old-world pattern accompanied by wide-plank wood flooring. The kitchen cabinets are a fawn shade with Carrara solid surface countertops, porcelain farm sink and bronze fixtures.

Beasley & Henley Selected to Design Prominent Florida Project

The Beasley & Henley Interior Design team has been chosen to design a multi-family community in St. Petersburg, FL.

Industry leader Beasley & Henley Interior Design has been chosen by Fusco, Shaffer & Pappas Inc. (Fuscoshafferpappas.com)  in association with Devmar Development (DevmarDevelopment.com) to create the interior design for their latest multi-family apartment community, Vantage Lofts.

 The Beasley & Henley Interior Design team will create the interiors for the amenity spaces along with one- and two-bedroom model apartments. They are designing the amenities to reflect a modern lifestyle, creating an industrial design style that will juxtapose the raw with the refined, the sleek and modern with the vintage and classic.  With high quality building materials including steel, glass and concrete, the residences will be at the epicenter of high design. The decorative lighting, funky décor, tile and variety of textures will all be featured in this multi-family community.

Vantage Lofts, located in Downtown St. Petersburg’s vibrant “The Edge” district, is an electrifying 11-story mixed use development. This unprecedented, architecturally designed community is offering 211 modern luxury loft residences, first floor retail, 227 space parking deck, and an a myriad of community amenities. There will be a modern rooftop pool and lounge, terrace and veranda space, seating and gathering areas, coffee bar, co-work space, fitness center, yoga room, pet spa and more.

Beasley & Henley Interior Design Creates Contemporary Twist On The Multi-Family Community For FCI Residential

Industry leader and market specialist, Beasley & Henley Interior Design, (www.BeasleyandHenley.com) is proud to have installed the amenity spaces for the Atlantico at Palmetto Bay multi-family community in the Palmetto Bay, FL.

Beasley & Henley, with its long history of award winning multi-family projects, was specifically selected by FCI Residential Corp. (www.fciresidential.com) to create the interior look for this development. The team was pleased to work with FCI and architect MSA Architects (www.msaarchitectsinc.com).  Beasley & Henley also worked with FCI on the amenity spaces and models for the Fitzgerald project (Tampa, FL) and Monarch Station (Coconut Creek,  FL).

Beasley & Henley’s design team created an  contemporary look and infused it with gentle sophistication. The urban  feel was designed to be both stylish and relaxed.  Textural elements with compelling custom wallpaper and wall details made for a attractive look. The chevron shaped wood flooring throughout the main areas kept grounded in a soft neutral color, but is  punctuated with contrasting rich charcoals and whites with joyful pops of gold and green.

The 100,000 sq ft amenity space is located at the iconic Lincoln Commons, a $350 million residential and retail project. Lincoln Commons is a 6 acre development of 540 luxury apartment units in 2 towers with 60 condominiums.

The talented design team at Beasley & Henley created an authentic urban amenity space. Some of the boldest features include decorative modular wall panels and custom built-ins. The designers also created the ceiling and flooring details and specified the unique light fixtures that bring the “wow” factor into the spaces. Visual and tactile, the finishes and furnishings are hyper-sensory, cutting edge and intuitive. The overall design is novel and innovative.

The color palette for Lincoln Common is a calming and neutral in nature, punctuated by touches of blue and orange. A variation of wood tones on furnishings, walls, shelving and flooring add visual and palpable textures throughout the amenity spaces. The upscale multi-family community is located in Jacksonville, FL.

The kitchen includes a quartz countertop, modern backsplash and master wood craft maple cabinets in somber gray. The flooring in the main living quarters is a washed oak vinyl plank in comfortable luxury expected in this dynamic area.

This one bedroom model was designed with a modern, organic style. Earthy hues of browns are punctuated with caramel, blue, black and ivory.
