The Pantone Color Institute, the world-renowned authority on color, announced the 2017 Color of the Year as greenery, a vibrant yellow-green shade. It inspires renewal, restoration and revitalization.
ndustry leader Beasley & Henley Interior Design has been tapped by iStar to create inviting coastal-inspired interiors for the Lakeshore Club at Naples Reserve. The main amenity building, located along the 125-acre Eagle Lake, will feature colors of sand and water and echo the Southern Coastal architecture and ambiance of the lakefront community.
Located on 2.3 acres of the trendy Ravaudage area in Winter Park this 6-story project will feature 8,400 sqft of interior amenities in additional to upscale outdoor living areas and fitness facilities.
“We created the interiors of this 6,689 sqft home to be transitional in style,” says Troy Beasley. “We highlighted the very clean, classical elements, and then incorporated a touch of modern influence as well.”
