Industry leader Beasley & Henley Interior Design, (www.BeasleyandHenley.com) is proud to have installed the clubhouses and amenity spaces at The Gibson (www.thegibsoncharlotte.com) in Charlotte's trendy Plaza-Midwood neighborhood.
Developer Pollack Shores (www.pollackshores.com) tapped the award winning design team at Beasley & Henley to create the amenity spaces at the new development luxury on Central Avenue. The Gibson is located on the site of a former recording studio and named for the world famous guitars that continue to fuel the vibrant local Charlotte music scene to this day. Architectural designed is by the talented Poole and Poole Architects (www.2pa.net).
Beasley & Henley created the interiors to flow with the funky and eco-friendly vibe of the Plaza Midwood neighborhood.
In the Club Room, the designers added two roll-up garage doors that open up the Club to the Pool area, creating a large indoor-outdoor space. They also designed a linear, double sided EcoSmart fireplace which features an environmentally friendly ethanol burning flame. In the Leasing Lobby the design team speced vintage reclaimed, barn-wood siding on the entry walls, and in the Entry, Lobby Sitting and Closing Rooms they called for long lasting, durable concrete floors.
The Gibson is a LEED certified community so in addition to the design features, all the furnishings in the Leasing area are low emitting and Greenguard certified.
