Industry leader Beasley & Henley Interior Design is pleased to announce their involvement with David A. Mack Properties LLC to create the interiors of the Mack’s new 30+story for-rent tower in St Petersburg, Florida.

The proposed luxury multi-family tower development is comprised of 306 residential units and 8,300 square feet of commercial space on the site of the former Grand Bohemian Hotel at the northwest corner of 1st  Ave North and 2ndStreet across from the vibrant Janus Live.

The Beasley & Henley design team is tasked with creating the amenity space planning, interior detailing, material specifications, elevations, and coordination of all aspects of the interior and exterior amenity designs, from Concept through to Interior Design CD’s.  The design team will then begin the FFE (furnishings) portion of this Class-A project.

Though still in the planning phases, the design team’s interior design and interior detailing will bring an eclectic vibe to the upscale hi-rise, creating the interiors with casual elegance and an added bohemian twist for which St Pete is known. Led by Design Principal Troy Beasley, the designers’ diverse use of natural materials, interesting artwork, unexpected interior details, elegant lighting and creative furnishings will open eyes and start people talking about this beautiful tower.

The interiors will be designed to appeal to a mixed demographic which will include millennials, a large number of rent-by-choice professionals, and freedom loving empty nesters. The units will range in size from 1,000 sqft to 1,800 sqft with larger units on higher floors.

“The space planning, unique details and interesting product selections we choose for the 8,300+ sqft of interior amenities and 12,000sqft of exteriors will be done with the building architecture, neighborhood, and area lifestyle in mind,” says Beasley.

The Beasley & Henley team is no stranger to Pinellas County, having created the interiors for Modera Prime 235 (for developers MCRT) just a block away at 3rd Ave and 2nd Street, and the Spa at Sandpearl Resort.  Mack has also worked in the area, having been a financial partner to developer JMC Communities on the Sandpearl Resort and Belle Harbor condominiums.

Architectural design for this Tower is by the visionary firm Santiesteban & Associates Architects, and with Manhattan Construction as the builder. Mack is partnering with Connecticut-based Greenfield Partners.

Construction is anticipated to start by end of 2016.
