Award winning design firm, Beasley & Henley Interior Design continues its long relationship with Mattamy Homes recently completing 5 model homes for their latest development, Tapestry, just south of Orlando FL. International builder/developer Mattamy tapped Beasley & Henley to create the interiors for 4 villa models and 1 single family home in this large, family-friendly development.

The Beasley & Henley design team, led by Design Principal Troy Beasley, designed the homes to each meet a specific need. “With buyers ranging from young families to empty nesters, we not only varied the design styles but also the personality of each home,” says Principal Stephanie Henley.

The subdued colors and elegant design of the Anabel were created to attract a retired couple with a desire for travel. The Cayman features a transitional design with lively blues and coral colors for a family with teenage children. Cabinetry is a dark hue with contrasting light floors and countertops.  The Francesca draws a young family with its trendy styling and attractive yellow and grey color palette. Large format tile flooring and creamy white cabinets hit this market. The Selena is more relaxed with a light tone for an older couple enjoying their nearby friends and family. It features wood floors and grey toned finishes. The Camilla is vibrant with modern styling and colors of reds, creams and greys attracting an active family and their guests. Materials include wood tile flooring and a specialty fireplace wall in reflective material.

With starting prices of $208,000 to over $400,000, the Tapestry homes for Mattamy are selling well and Beasley & Henley is proud to be a part of that success.
