Award winning design firm, Beasley & Henley Interior Design has completed the inviting interiors for Island Club, the clubhouse in the new master planned community of Naples Reserve by iSTAR in south Naples FL. This development sits on the edge of beautiful Eagle Lake and the Picayune Strand State Forest, with Island Club as the community and social focal point.

“The Island Club has a great presence on the water,” says Principal Designer Troy Beasley. “You walk in the front door and the view flows to the resort style pool area, then to the floating island and the tiki hut. With iStar we are proud to have created a club that is well-suited for Florida’s outdoor lifestyle.”

In creating the coastal design for Island Club, Beasley and the design team started with a casual contemporary look and infused rustic and vintage Florida finds for a unique environment.

“The interiors have an air of barefoot elegance,” says Beasley. “The clubhouse is both sophisticated and really relaxing.”

In the dining area, Beasley introduced elements to foster Naples Reserve’s strong sense of community, including oversized family-style tables with large statement chandeliers. “Larger tables encourage residents to congregate and meet others,” he said. “It really pulls the community together.”

Shades of blue and tan with gray accents and undertones of chocolate and charcoal allude to the club’s lakefront setting.

Complimenting the building’s Key West style is a large stone fireplace, tile flooring, tongue-and-groove vaulted ceilings, as well as shake/lap siding, cypress trim and metal roofs on the exterior.
