The combination of antiques and classic upholstery contrast with modern artwork and provides a high level of sophistication for the Estuarys refined clientele.Estuary at Grey Oaks for the Lutgert Companies: The single family home buyer is attracted this 1930s retro stylings with strong artwork. The color scheme is brown with accents of reds and tans set against off-white walls. It is comfortable and casual with a hint of hip sophistication.Providence in Polk County for ABD Development: In a bold step the developer decided to go with a completely modern and whimsical model. So Beasley & Henley introduced an upbeat Italian minimalist look into this community a move that has attracted excellent feedback and has made a positive memory point for the communitys clientele. Two more traditional models are also in the community.Sanctuary at Bay Hill for EB Developers: For this condo conversion, Beasley & Henley worked with the developer to establish an updated look for this 1980s former apartment complex.
