The Beasley & Henley design team created the amenity space planning, interior detailing, material specifications, elevations, RCPs and coordination of all aspects of the interior and exterior amenity designs, from Concept through to Interior Design CD’s. The interiors were designed to appeal to the mixed demographic of Winter Park which will includes college students, millennials, a large number of rent-by-choice professionals, and freedom loving empty nesters.
Broadstone features modern interiors coupled with contemporary warmth transmitted in rich grays, creams, warm caramel tones, and punctuated with pops of green with accents of black. The large format “sugar sand” porcelain tile flooring adds to the grandeur of the twenty-two foot ceilings on the first floor, providing a modern foundation for casual living. Hovering above the lobby are whimsical light fixtures in a loose knot of birch which lends a natural freshness to the space.
